4) The Birthday card will be generic. Please choose between the following two options:

B) "love, [blank]"
C) NOT Birthday
D) Christmas Theme

5) Cards cannot be customized as they are ordered in runs of 1,000
6) Keychains are sold in groups of 5 with minimum of 10
